Safaricom’s “Please Call Me” service allows users to send up to 5 free messages every 24 hours. Follow these steps to send a “Please Call Me” message on Safaricom:

  1. Take your phone (any working phone will do).
  2. Dial 130 followed by the recipient’s contact number and end with a # (e.g., 1300722199199#). Note that this service works only between Safaricom lines.
  3. Press the call button.
  4. The recipient will receive a message with the text “Please call me, thank you.”

Airtel

Airtel’s “Please Call Me” service provides users with up to 10 free call back messages. Follow these steps to send a “Please Call Me” message on Airtel:

  1. Dial *100#.
  2. Select “Kopa services” option.
  3. Choose “call me back” option.
  4. Enter the recipient’s phone number.
  5. Click send request.
  6. The recipient will receive your call back message.

Telkom

Telkom users can also utilize the “Please Call Me” service for urgent communication. Follow these steps to send a “Please Call Me” message on Telkom:

  1. Dial *123#.
  2. Select “products and services” option.
